Body360 is a full-body procedure that removes localized fat deposits that are difficult to reduce with diet and exercise. From the shoulders to the ankles, arms, armpits, abdomen, waist, upper and lower back, thighs, crotch, pubes and knees are treated.

Body 360 is a procedure that is performed with the highest technology worldwide and consists of 4 phases:
- Phase 1 Using ultrasonic vibration with world-leading technology (Vaser®️) we emulsify or “melt” the fat so that extraction is easier.
- Phase 2 Extraction and elimination with Micro Aire®️ technology that allows us to reach hard-to-reach areas safely, helping us to make the postoperative period less painful, with fewer bruises and in a shorter time.
- Phase 3 Firmness is restored to the skin through the use of a technology called Renuvion®️ (J-Plasma) with which plasma Helium is released under the skin and this has a dual effect: it contracts collagen and stimulates new collagen production. We also integrate the most innovative technology in BodyTite®️ skin tightening, with which a 3D body remodeling is achieved, we create a three-dimensional contraction of the dermis, subcutaneous connective tissue and deep fatty tissue. The result is that in addition to a sculptural contour, you get renewed skin.
- Phase 4 Lipotransfer to the body areas you wish to improve shape or add volume to, often the buttocks and hips. However, it can also be done on the pectorals, calves, deltoids, or some other area of your body according to your expectations. This step is performed with automated re-infiltration equipment (Wells Johnson®️) that offers the advantages of maximum fat utilization, sterility, and the speed with which the lipotransfer is performed, which impacts the safety of the procedure.
The duration of the surgery is between 4 and 5 hours and general anesthesia is used to perform the procedure.
Postoperative care is very simple, 3 to 7 days of relative rest and taking certain medications such as: antibiotics, analgesics, anti-inflammatories and anticoagulants.
It is recommended to perform FIBROSIS ZERO post-operative therapy that reduces inflammation, hardness, bruising and fibrosis. The sessions begin on the day of the procedure and every 7 days thereafter for an average of between 5 and 10 sessions.
The first week they carry out normal activities at home and the second week they resume their work activities and in the third or fourth week they do gym activities. A postoperative girdle is required to provide extra support to the muscles and skin, reduce fibrosis, sagging, postoperative pain and shape the body as well as correct posture.
The results are immediate, however the final result when the tissues have reduced inflammation is achieved between 6 months and a year after the procedure.
